EXCHANGE POLICY

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept Exchange for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
2. Please note that it may take 3-5 working days to process your request.
3. We accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days of order ,exchange/replacement will never be entertained.
4. Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
5. Exchange for Spray tester cannot be accommodated.
